FAQs
What if a toy I want is sold out?
If an item is sold out, check back soon or contact customer service (orders@jamiejack.com) for updates on availability. We also suggest signing up for notifications and updates via our newsletter at the bottom of the home page.
How can I know if a toy is appropriate for a certain age?
We follow manufacturer guidelines and include age-recommendation labels on all product pages. Generally, toys with small parts or with a degree of complexity are not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Where do your toys ship from?
To bring you the most unique and high-quality products, we source our collection from a curated network of domestic and international partners. Depending on your location and the specific items in your order, your package may ship from one of our multiple fulfillment centers to ensure it reaches you as efficiently as possible.
How long does shipping generally take?
We strive to get your toys to you as quickly as possible! Delivery times are tailored to your specific location and the unique origin of your items. Most customers can expect their package after a brief processing and transit period, after we coordinate shipping from the appropriate fulfillment center in our network. While many orders arrive sooner, we recommend allowing for a standard delivery window of 5-10 business days to accommodate regional processing and transit across different zones.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened or "as-new" merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If the item is opened or unable to be resold, a 50% stocking fee may apply.
Why isn't one of my discounts showing up at checkout?
In select cases with product-specific discounts (i.e. not "order-level" or store-wide), two discounts may not be able to be applied simultaneously. In these instances, the customer is granted the higher of the two discount levels, meaning the lowest price achievable.
Are your toys non-toxic?
We prioritize safety and ensure our toys are made from non-toxic materials, including paints, and many of our wooden toys are responsibly sourced.
